• add nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to James X. Trotter and Jack Trundle. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox.
• create multiple Id's - I assume that you are also user:Trundlewheel
• blank your talk page
• use uncivil language.
