Mayday Season 8 episodes

Where is the source for the season 8 episodes? I'd like to see it.- William 11:42, 29 July 2010 (UTC)

Hey. Good question i got it from an email from Cineflix. Thanks. User:Qantasplanes 4:25, 30 July 2010 (UTC)
The policy of Original Research says all materiable must be from a verifiable reliable source. A email doesn't meet these criteria. The subject was also brought up at a aviation forum. Another editor agrees with me, your revisions on aviation articles citing Mayday's season 8 will be reverted. Feel free to change the articles after an announcement is formally made.- William 10:32, 30 July 2010 (UTC)

I am undoing your Mayday episodes edits

The subject has already been discussed. I also made a previous comment at this talk page. Cineflix has made no official announcement and by your very own words the information your posting is considered Original Research by Wikipedia's guidelines.

If you continue to edit in these unconfirmed episodes, I will report you to Wikipedia. You may then lose your editing privileges if you persist.William 22:23, 3 September 2010 (UTC)

If the Season 8 episodes of Mayday are confirmed, where is the information?

It has to be reliable and something that can be checked. So where is it? Cineflix has nothing at their website and google searches come up with nothing for Season 8.

I have already brought this to attention of administrators. Do not edit the episodes again unless there is a source available for everyone. Otherwise it could cost you your editing privileges.- William 23:48, 4 September 2010 (UTC)

Mayday Season 9

A chip from *maybe* a new episode showing up in the reel doesn't confirm a new season. A official announcement or the season starts airing is required before it can be added to the article. -- d'oh! [talk] 05:29, 7 January 2011 (UTC)

That episode has already aired (US Airways Flight 1549) so well, you know. Qantasplanes (talk) 10:19, 25 March 2011 (UTC)

Before reverting back, I would like to direct you to Talk:List_of_Mayday_episodes#Season_9_discussion started by User:D'oh!. I would suggest you start discussing why your edit should be added on (with reliable sources), as your edit have been contested by myself and User:D'oh!. Also, you are close to breaching the 3 revert rule by reverting 3 times now. Sb617 (Talk) 11:47, 7 January 2011 (UTC)

The article Stephen Bogaert has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners or ask at Wikipedia:Help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Feezo (Talk) 05:37, 9 January 2011 (UTC)

Thanks for signing up for this project. It is a very busy and active project with lots going on and we can always use more help and especially a fresh set of eyes. If you haven't done so already you might want to add Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Aircraft to your watch list as this is where much of the background discussion occurs. You may also want to watch Wikipedia:New articles (Aircraft) as this is where newly created articles get listed for peer review. Having a look over these new articles is a great way to get a feel for how things are done on the project and also most new articles need reviewing anyway. If you have any questions you can leave me a note or post at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Aircraft, either way you will get a quick response. - Ahunt (talk) 13:14, 6 March 2011 (UTC)

Date on {{refimprove}}

Hi, I reverted your edit on Microsoft Flight Simulator; please take a look at Template:Refimprove to learn more about how the "date" parameter is meant to be used. Thanks. -- Nczempin (talk) 09:08, 8 March 2011 (UTC)

Sendai Earthquake

I'm assuming this was accidental; reverted it. Cheers. sonia 09:55, 11 March 2011 (UTC)

Wiping out a talk page is vandalism. If you don't like what's written there, then don't read it. This is your only warning- William 12:03, 11 March 2011 (UTC)

Didn't wipe it out just archived it! Can't believe it. User:Qantasplanes (talk) 05:32, 19 March 2011 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for File:Air Crash Investigation Ghost Track (Pic 2).jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Air Crash Investigation Ghost Track (Pic 2).jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Eeekster (talk) 08:37, 12 March 2011 (UTC)

Warning

Hi, I've reverted your page-blanking edit [1] on the talk page of 2011 Sendai earthquake and tsunami. i assume that it was done by mistake and request you to be careful before submitting a change. Thanks.EngineerFromVegaDiscuss 06:10, 14 March 2011 (UTC)

April 2011

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize pages by deliberately introducing incorrect information, as you did at Singapore Airlines, you may be blocked from editing. Personally, the long list of complaints above is not working in your favour after I reviewed one of your edits on the aforementioned article page. Where on this world do you find information telling you that Singapore Airlines uses KLIA as a hub, IF I may humbly ask you? Honestly, you're pushing our assumption of good faith on your part a tad too far this time, please do not take it for granted or you might find yourself holding the short end of the stick when the time comes for any of the regular editors (that includes me) to report you for sanctioning measures. Take heed~! Dave ♠♣♥♦™№1185©♪♫® 14:03, 1 April 2011 (UTC)

This is your last warning; the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Air France Flight 7, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Changing the Result after the closure from Delete to Keep - the article has already been deleted anyway. Roger (talk) 06:58, 21 April 2011 (UTC)

Constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, but a recent edit of yours has an edit summary that appears to be inaccurate or inappropriate. Please use edit summaries that accurately tell other editors what you did, and feel free to use the sandbox for any tests you may want to do. Thank you. Please do not accuse people of vandalism or of removing content without explanation when the removal was in good faith and explained both in the edit summary and on the talk page of the article. DanielRigal (talk) 11:28, 23 April 2011 (UTC)

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Aircrash Confidential, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://press.discovery.com/uk/dsc/programs/aircrash-confidential.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) CorenSearchBot (talk) 06:23, 30 April 2011 (UTC)

Hello Qantasplanes, I removed the press release text which triggered the CSBot. See this page (just below chart) for more of an explanation on press releases. The wide release of such text is often mistook for fair-use. Any questions, let me know on my talk.--NortyNort (Holla) 09:21, 3 May 2011 (UTC)

SpongeBob SquarePants (season 8)

Hi there.

Please take care with your edit descriptions. You should not describe an edit as vandalism if there is no obvious intention to vandalise. In the case of SpongeBob SquarePants (season 8) the IP removed information that was unreferenced. It may well have been a good faith concern about the information. It is important to assume good faith.

What you should do is find a reliable source for the episode list and use that to reference the content. If you do that then this would change the rules. Once it is referenced anybody who adds stuff that is not in the reference or removes stuff that is without a giving a plausible reason can be called a vandal.

We need verifiability here. Without it, I am inclined to just remove the episode list again. --DanielRigal (talk) 10:34, 30 April 2011 (UTC)
