Editing

[edit]

Hallo and welcome to Wikipedia. I came across your good work on Judith Shapiro (economist). A couple of points which your teachers should have taught you:

  1. Talk about article subjects by surname only
  2. Punctuation goes before references
  3. When an article is at a disambiguated title it's essential to give an access route from the basic title: I've added a "hatnote" at Judith Shapiro.

I've done a few other bits of copy-editing too. There's a lot to learn about editing Wikipedia but it's an interesting journey: Happy Editing! PamD 06:36, 2 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I have sent you a note about a page you started

Hello, JulietteKarmel

Thank you for creating Judith Shapiro (economist).

User:Rosguill, while examining this page as a part of our page curation process, had the following comments:

While several sources have been provided, and it appears likely that Shapiro meets WP:NACADEMIC, the current sources do not have significant independent coverage of the subject, and are largely either mere-mentions or not independent of Shapiro.

To reply, leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Rosguill}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ .
