John Kaufman
[edit]Thanks for the note on my page. It may well be that the Kaufman deserves his own page, however, what you added did not add information, was not not verified (see WP:V, also be careful of WP:COI and, if, the diver was the only significant work would not warrant a separate page. Better to have one reasonable page, than one very poor page. If I saw some new information regarding Kaufman I'd be happy to see the article survive rather than a re-direct. How about adding a picture to the The Diver? Much more constructive. Hope this helps. --Richhoncho 08:04, 8 April 2007 (UTC)
Wikipedia search for "John Kaufman"
[edit]Whoever redirected the search term "John Kaufman" to "The Diver" needs to direct it back, or I will. Nobody has a monopoly on the name John Kaufman. Hijacking the name discourages others from posting articles about other noteworthy John Kaufmans.
Some notable men named John Kaufman include:
John Kaufman, sculptor, b. 1942; John Kaufman, master cigar maker, b. 1848; John Kaufman, holographer and artisan, b. 1946
