You gamed the requirements for getting autoconfirmed, for instance here, and you have right out of the box made edits characteristic of an experienced editor, such as here and here. Is this edit summary supposed to be written by a new user..? Please don't abuse multiple accounts. Log into your original account and appeal the topic ban and your current block, Muhammad. Request reason:

My account should be unblocked as it is not a sock puppet. I am not a new user, I was an editor a few years ago (around 3 years I guess) and when recently I tried to log back in, I couldn't, So I just made a new account. If a new account does things like an experienced editor, it doesn't necessarily mean it's a sock puppet

Decline reason:
