Sorry, I didn't realise I was editing your User page, I thought it was a 'live' WP article. However, if you create articles using the 'sandbox' facility in future, there will be no confusion - see the WP:WIZARD.
However, EER was only mentioned in their own adverts in some of those magazines - that doesn't count, so you really don't want to list those!
Articles about companies with large amounts of info taken from the company's website are likely to be seen as advertising, or at best non-encyclopaedic, so may get deleted. WP isn't a directory of favorite companies, or somewhere to give your recommendations. It is better to write a short article about notable facts and events, using secondary sources like newspapers, magazines and books. I would suggest you try and use the information from the newspaper and magazine articles you have listed. Even after all that being done, the compnay might not be deemed notable enough for Wikipedia.
