Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added to the page Prostate do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. --Dirk Beetstra T C 14:36, 9 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits. The next time you insert a spam link, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well potentially being penalized by search engines. -- SiobhanHansa 02:48, 17 August 2008 (UTC) Editors adding this link:[reply]

I don't have the rights to remove a url from the blacklist you would need to make the request at: MediaWiki_talk:Spam-blacklist. If you do I will protest its removal - I disagree with the way you characterize your linking behavior in your message on my talk page. You received a very clear message not to continue adding these links but did so regardless. I don't see why we should expect you or someone else from your company not to return and try again in the future. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia not a platform for marketing. That type of editing is hugely problematic for us and I believe in taking strong measures to curb it. -- SiobhanHansa 01:34, 31 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
You could try convincing others at the blacklist page that the IP editors were not related in someway but if that's the case your assurances that you won't add the link again aren't much use to us. Given that the accounts were pretty much only adding links and didn't stop until we blacklisted - regardless of whether it is you or not - it is the only method we have to stop our articles being disrupted. -- SiobhanHansa 18:48, 2 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry. Misread your post to my talk page. You can try explaining this at the blacklist page and asking to see if they'll agree to remove the URL. I don't know if other admins will see the situation your way. As I said above I do not have the rights to add or remove from the list myself. -- SiobhanHansa 19:17, 2 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
