Information icon Hello, I'm Gtwfan52. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Coca-Cola Amatil without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry: I restored the removed content. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! Gtwfan52 (talk) 06:02, 17 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to Wikipedia. The page on Coca-Cola Amatil is not yours to decide what is on it unilaterally. You do not have the right to remove something another user has written on a talk page at Wikipedia ever. Period. Gtwfan52 (talk) 06:39, 17 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
My apologies. I am working on multiple articles, and I thought you were the editor on another article. You did not refactor any talk page comments that I can see. And you do have a valid point on the article. The additions regarding deposit laws are quite in violation of WP:UNDUE. However, you do still have a conflict of interest. I would suggest you request a third opinion as so to get someone neutral in on the discussion. And by all means, make your exact concerns known at the article's talk page. Specifics as to why you feel there is too much on the deposit stuff in the article (the applicable section of wikipedia policy for that is WP:UNDUE), and any reliable sources you may have that give conflicting information more in line with what you would like to see. Wikipedia owns the article, not the company. Wikipedia is edited by consensus, so you will need to build a consensus for the version of the article you would like to see. All material should be referenced. I am in the middle of running a program on the article to clear up the references so it can easily be seen what is being referenced. There is a board for POV issues, also. Wikipedia:Neutral point of view/Noticeboard. I have never been there, but you may wish to ask there for help. Gtwfan52 (talk) 07:14, 17 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 00:25, 18 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
