Thank you for uploading File:AMM&JPH'71.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

- There are still problems with this image. Actually did you take this photo when you were 6 years old? That's what the image information tells us. When you say you have all the rights, do you realise that possession does not confer any right on you unless the photographer has given his rights away. Who took this photo and what is the source? If you claim it to be a historic image, as you do, you must use it with a fair-use claim which implies that you do not have the rights to it. Maybe we can clarify this. Consider there wouldn't have been a Mad Man tv show without his part in my life and my sharing such with a friend recently married into the Cablevision family, and that after ninety days I haven't found more people willing to "establish" his notability a deletion would seem warranted. He did have three Menadier relatives that came over and fought in our Civil War, and survived in holding of J&J account altitude for twenty five years. This Wikipedia is new to me and its editing and "community". One of his grandchildren now a President of Media Sales and a VP of Time Warner Cable too, and another a past champion kick-boxing fighter at notable levels and he an adopted into a family related to Gov. Griswold of CT, and with such "cousin" "black" and in inspiration (long story through me again) of "Different Strokes" show.
The nature of "fame" in that profession? His "notability" in near every print ad, radio spot, tv ad and commercial product placement for 25 years if I recall correctly with the entirety of J&J's advertising and marketing needs leaves alot of "pieces" out there in "culture" that A.M.M.'s finger prints and spirit all over. An inspiration to all future marketers?
- Look, you have to remember, the article isn't about his relatives. So don't use that as a reason. And hundreds of people fought in the civil war, they don't all have articles. I'm not sure what the rest of it is you're on about, sorry. His part in J&J stuff, yes, that can make him notable. But we NEED sources that appear in reliable third-party publications. I've replied a bit more on the Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Arthur M. Menadier page. And I'm really sorry, but I honestly don't know what the Mad Man Tv show is. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

You changed the copyright to indicate this as a fair-use historic image but still claim to have taken the photo yourself. Which is it? It cannot be both. Please fix this image problem. Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, please do not add promotional material to articles or other Wikipedia pages, as you did to Arthur M. Menadier.
