[edit]Goes without saying but introduction section needs to either be finished or taken out, as well as your note to add more info.
Wikipedia format needs work as far as bolding of text, hyperlinking, and adding references in the text.
Add a space between 2500 km (and all other places with a number and unit.
It would be good to have an image to show all of the plates.
Second sentence of "History" add 'plate' to Australian.
When writing times use Mya which means million years ago.
Overall I thought it was a good article, with only a few things to correct. I know you have notes you wanted to add however I thought it was good as is.

[edit]- As you've mentioned already, it seems like your article still needs a strong lead section as well as more substantial info about the subduction zone in general.
- Also, it may behoove you to split up your first section into several sections describing, the subduction zones at either plate, the plates involved themselves, and then further relevant information such as the sanctuary. This will just allow for clear, uncluttered, and simple explanations for people who have no background.
- Gerrad made a good point about formatting. I also need to better my hyperlinking and use of reference numbers and links. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Oceanfr (talk • contribs) 08:50, 23 May 2017 (UTC)
