Hi Jpaul17, just to elaborate a bit more on this: the text you are adding is copied from [1], which has a copyright notice at the bottom of the webpage ("Copyright © 2021 Elsevier"). Because the text has not been released into the public domain or under a license that is compatible with Wikipedia, it cannot be copied into the article.
