A belated welcome!

[edit]
The welcome may be belated, but the cookies are still warm!

Here's wishing you a belated welcome to Wikipedia, JowlJames! I see that you've already been around a while and wanted to thank you for your contributions. Though you seem to have been successful in finding your way around, you may still benefit from following some of the links below, which help editors get the most out of Wikipedia:

If you don't already know, you should sign your posts on talk pages by using four tildes (~~~~) to insert your username and the date.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Again, welcome! Ilsecondoordine (talk) 19:17, 19 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The article has a number of short citations that don't correspond with any entry in bibliography. Please add full citations for:

  • Maxwell 1975, Douchan 1987, Pfandl 1975, White 2004, Knibb 2006, Stoneman 2015, Grainger 1997

Also, there is ref named "bvubfs" invoked in the text but not defined anywhere (ref number 244 in text). Thanks! Renata (talk) 18:58, 23 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I got most of the information from the Constantine, Tetrarchy and Tetrachary civil wars WP pages. The footnotes and references are very old and bad on those pages. I plan to go back and get the sources and put them in properly on this page. i just added this information yesterday...  :) --JowlJames (talk) 03:37, 24 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2020 Elections voter message

[edit]
Hello! Voting in the 2020 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 7 December 2020. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2020 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 02:58, 24 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
