Hi, this is kai and i really like your subject. It is probably hard to find another article similar to the one in your reference list. If you have trouble finding more reference, i will suggest you to look into the references of the article by Potter. I cannot wait to learn more about Haiti. I guess now you will just need to expend on your project now. Good Luck. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ktlin91 (talk • contribs) 06:47, 28 October 2011 (UTC)
Hello! Looks like you have a good start here. The foundation you built in the introduction pulled me into wanting to learn more about how Haiti is represented in the media. All the little sub sections you have going on, I just "wikified" them a little more so that they weren't just bolded, but actual sub-sections. If that wasn't what you wanted, feel free to reverse the changes. As far as information, I look forward to seeing you expand on all the different topics you have going on.

[edit]Hey I just read through your article and I have to say that I liked it a lot! This is a topic that is very near and dear to my heart so I guess I am taking a special interest in it. One thing I noticed was that your article seems to depend upon Amy E. Potter's depictions of the different facets of Haiti. I think this is an interesting way of going about it, but have you considered backing up each section of Potter's analysis of Haiti in the media with an example from the media. For example, in "The Violence and Political Unrest" where Potter talks about the media's dependency on the word violence in relation Haitian news, maybe you can use show some examples of this occurring in popular news outlets such as the New York Times, Washington Post, etc. Regardless of how you continue what you have already you've done a wonderful job and I am really glad to see that you are getting the hang of Wikipedia. I can't wait to see the end product. Sjeanbap (talk) 06:36, 14 November 2011 (UTC)
