Legacy

[edit]

Im about to add a legacy section to CB page, of you can find more artist or content like you did in his talk page i will add it--Morce Library (talk)

Too bad I'm seeing this now. Haven't been here for quite a long time. I'll do as requested. Joszy6 (talk) 22:06, 27 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I saw your proposition on the talk page and the baffling response you received stating legacy sections can only be added for deceased artists. If I have time some day, I might add the proposed section with the sources you listed and expand if possible with additional sources and excerpts. Thanks. Thank you, I'll appreciate it. A lot of editorial bias going on here. Joszy6 (talk) 18:51, 24 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon An article you recently created, B. O. Tietie, is not suitable as written to remain published. An article needs more information and citations from reliable, independent sources to remain in the mainspace. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline, has suitable content and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Thanks. Silikonz💬 16:48, 26 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm SNUGGUMS. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit seemed less than neutral and has been removed. If you think this was a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. SNUGGUMS (talk / edits) 17:36, 10 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I think your edit is too promotional. Joszy6 (talk) 18:41, 10 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Other artists R&B artists like R Kelly, Trey Songz and Chris Brown don't have introductions like this. As Wikipedia editors,it's important for our neutrality to be reflected in our edits. Joszy6 (talk) 18:51, 10 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Stating someone has influence on music is not an inherently promotional thing, though for the record, I wasn't the one who first added that bit. Not sure who did so. You on the other hand completely disregarded neutrality by inserting text that says Usher has "smooth vocals", which is clearly meant to praise him. Don't bother trying to deny it. As for other pages, I wouldn't recommend adding your own opinions on their voices either. SNUGGUMS (talk / edits) 18:57, 10 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I agree with User: SNUGGUMS, to write down that he's “a musician whose smooth vocals and sensual ballads have established him as a superstar”, then complain about promotional tone is bogus ThisIs00k (talk) 14:00, 11 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
We'll remove the word “smooth” then. Joszy6 (talk) 19:21, 11 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
your wording is not for Wikipedia. Work out a neutral tone, and stop with the warring ThisIs00k (talk) 12:40, 12 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
