[edit]Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add promotional or advertising material to Wikipedia, as you did at Patrick Tighe, you may be blocked from editing. Seraphimblade Talk to me 03:02, 15 November 2019 (UTC)
- Thank you for your clarification. As you are editing Wikipedia as a duty of employment, this would mean you are engaging in paid editing with a conflict of interest. This means, among other things, that you must not edit the article page directly, but are required instead to submit edits for review on the talk page, as it is very difficult to maintain neutrality in such a situation. You may place the text {{request edit}} with your edit suggestion to flag it for the attention of an editor without a COI to review. Also, as described at the paid editing policy I linked above, please place a disclosure template as indicated there. Huge numbers of relatively non-notable awards not discussed by anyone except the body issuing the awards constitutes undue weight and is a type of promotional editing. [edit]Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:
- Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
- With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button located above the edit window.
This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.
Thank you. 331dot (talk) 19:48, 18 November 2019 (UTC)

Please contact me, I would like to discuss the edits to Patrick Tighe, but not on one of the public message boards due to the issue. Thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Joseph Simenc (talk • contribs)
- No need to contact someone to discuss page content priavately. You should discuss all you want to at Talk:Patrick Tighe. If you must raise it privately you can use EmailUser function to email individuals. – Ammarpad (talk) 05:52, 20 November 2019 (UTC)
