the near deletion threat

Well, we (antimatter), we cleaned the article, we removed all the references which remained empty after other editors deleted the newspaper and magazine articles...We invented reliable sources. Nobel prize for Artists doesn't exist yet. Or does it? Some references were actual notes, some were fake, so we removed them to. It was too descriptive so we stripped it down to the basic (perhaps now boring) info. We thought the wiki editors will make suggestions to the problematic sphere, so we could change things together on the go. But we was wrong. It is a RED military alert! So we're done Mr. editor. You can check the entry now. Hope you will be pleased this time. If not, don't scare us - just press the button. Everything is an illusion, anyway. Eccesale (talk) 00:34, 4 October 2016 (UTC)

"We"- how many people are using this account, Eccesale? Also, Wikipedia is not a place for autobiographies. Joseph2302 05:44, 4 October 2016 (UTC)

Reverting a bot even on a misclick is disruptive Joseph2302 10:06, 4 October 2016 (UTC)

That batch of speedies

I want to go carefully with these. Almost all of them probably should be deleted, but anything which looks like it might have good references should be deleted by prod or afd. This is especially so because I have known tendency to be quite deletionist about this sort of article. DGG ( talk ) 21:41, 5 October 2016 (UTC)

Agreed. Most probably want deleting, but the reasons for the CSD tags were all wrong. Joseph2302 11:16, 6 October 2016 (UTC)

ITN recognition for John Gleeson (cricketer)

On 9 October 2016, In the news was updated with an item that involved the article John Gleeson (cricketer), which you nominated. If you know of another recently created or updated article suitable for inclusion in ITN, please suggest it on the candidates page. The Rambling Man (talk) 20:44, 9 October 2016 (UTC)

Glottenham Castle

Why, exactly, have you removed the coordinate from Glottenham Castle? --Tagishsimon (talk) 07:32, 12 October 2016 (UTC)

Not intentional, was on mobile device and must have hit the rollback button by mistake. Self-reverted. Joseph2302 09:31, 12 October 2016 (UTC)

October 2016

Please stop making disruptive edits, as you did at Glottenham Castle.

If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. Rollback misclick errors are still disruptive Joseph2302 09:32, 12 October 2016 (UTC)

Hello Joseph2302, an article which I helped make and you passed into the mainspace is now being discussed for deletion. I pinged you and It would be very appreciated if you could offer your two cents to the thread. Thank you. SWAloha (talk) 02:24, 14 October 2016 (UTC)

get my article back: coloradcare or amendment 69

hi I noticed my article was deleted. Can you email it to me. <redacted>

I put a lot of time into that and the editors rejected it. Would you mind emailing it to me.

I don't understand all the rules.

Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Clr06160 (talkcontribs) 06:03, 17 October 2016 (UTC)

It was deleted as it hadn't been edited at all in 6 Months, to get it back you need to request undeletion here. Joseph2302 07:09, 17 October 2016 (UTC)

Lance Stroll

The source I provided clearly had Stroll’s father saying that Stroll will race in 2017. This is a man whose involvement in his son's career has been well-documented—he did, after all, purchase Prema Powerteam—and so I think he satisfies the standard of being in a position to comment on a driver's circumstances.

You will note that I did not add Stroll to the driver table; that would be posting something which is not supported by the source. But for all intents and purposes, the article accurately reflects the content of a reliable source. It is a little unusual in that we can include him in the prose without including him in the table, but there is a precedent—2017 Supercars Championship includes Simona de Silvestro as a driver, even though her team has not been announced. Prisonermonkeys (talk) 21:29, 17 October 2016 (UTC)

But having the text of the article saying Stroll is racing but not having him in the table makes very little sense in my opinion. The only way we can know he's driving is if we knew for whom he will be driving. Why can't we just wait til something is 100% confirmed, like we usually do? Joseph2302 05:37, 18 October 2016 (UTC)
Whrn Sauber signed three drivers to two sears, all three were in the article until the situation was resolved. This is an unusual situation, but all the article needs to do is reflect the content of the source, and we have a reliable source that says that it will happen. Prisonermonkeys (talk) 05:53, 18 October 2016 (UTC)
I guess that kind of makes sense. Still seems weird to me that Wikipedia is saying someone will drive, but no-one knows where. Joseph2302 21:58, 18 October 2016 (UTC)

DYK for Poole Methodist Church

On 22 October 2016, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Poole Methodist Church, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that the extension to Poole Methodist Church was nominated for the 2016 Carbuncle Cup? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Poole Methodist Church. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, Poole Methodist Church), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

Regarding the meetup's location,

| Are there any outlets at The Penderel's Oak for me to plug the laptop's charger into? Because the laptop I have here has a dead battery and needs to be constantly connected to a source of electricity, otherwise, it will shut down._ CyanoTex (talk) 09:13, 24 October 2016 (UTC)

Hi CyanoTex I think so, but I'm not actually sure. @WereSpielChequers, Philafrenzy, Edwardx, and LoopZilla: Do any of you know? If not, feel free to ping other people. Joseph2302 21:19, 25 October 2016 (UTC)
They do have 13 amp sockets. They plug the vacuum cleaners into them. LoopZilla (talk) 16:06, 26 October 2016 (UTC)
| I might be able to use those if they don't require permission to be used. But location might be a problem._ CyanoTex (talk) 10:12, 27 October 2016 (UTC)
I haven't used their power myself but others have, it shouldn't be a problem. ϢereSpielChequers 18:01, 28 October 2016 (UTC)
