Unfortunately, when you release text under the GNU Free Documentation License, it cannot be limited for use to Wikipedia or any other single resource. It can be used by anyone (even commercially) as long as they also release it under the same license. [edit]As reviewing administrator, seeing the otrs license, I've removed the deletion tag. But there are many remaining problems--see the talk p. there.
