Can you post the message here that you get when you try to edit? We need the ip information contained in the message to know what block is preventing you from editing. Thanks! There is neither a direct block nor an autoblock on this account. Presumably you mean that your IP is blocked for accounts as well as anonymous editing. If so you will have to provide more details, so that we can tell why the block is there and whether you have good reason for bypassing it. What message do you get when you try to edit?
