Disambiguation link notification for July 17
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Adam Lambert, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Córdoba. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Request reason:
don't understand the reason or how to fix it
Decline reason:
That IP range belongs to Cloudfare, which offers hosting and VPN services. You won't be able to edit from that range. Jezebel's Ponyobons mots 21:14, 12 September 2019 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

- Why do you believe you're blocked? What message do you see when you try to edit?-- Jezebel's Ponyobons mots 20:47, 12 September 2019 (UTC)
I have absolutely no idea. I see the following, then a list of all reasons possible: "You are currently unable to edit Wikipedia.
You are still able to view pages, but you are not currently able to edit, move, or create them. Editing from 2A09:BAC0:0:0:0:0:0:0/32 has been blocked (disabled) by SQL for the following reason(s):" Jordan200 (talk) 21:01, 12 September 2019 (UTC)
Can someone tell me what Cloudfare is? I have been using the same computer and browser to edit for years, but maybe something has changed - its shared by a family member. Sorry but i'm clueless. Jordan200 (talk) 21:21, 12 September 2019 (UTC)
- See Cloudflare. The rangeblock was just made by SQL today.-- Jezebel's Ponyobons mots 21:26, 12 September 2019 (UTC)
- Those ranges specifically dealt with Firefox Private Network, the new VPN service by firefox - but may be in use by other VPN services on Cloudflare as well. SQLQuery me! 21:46, 12 September 2019 (UTC)
Does that mean if I remove private browsing from firefox i'll be OK? If I use google or chrome instead of firefox? - Or it likely it's just on the computer? I appreciate your help/realize these questions are likely so basic as to seem ludicrous Jordan200 (talk) 21:52, 12 September 2019 (UTC)
- Jordan200, If you're using Firefox Private Network, you can turn it off by clicking the circled icon in this picture, and turning "on" to off. You may need to clear cookies afterwards if you are still running into the block message, instructions for that can be found here. SQLQuery me! 22:05, 12 September 2019 (UTC)
thanks very much, i'll try that Jordan200 (talk) 22:42, 12 September 2019 (UTC)
