Jonfostersmith (talk) 18:58, 12 April 2015 (UTC) This should now be "Digital Democracy" not "True Democracy". True Democracy is the app. Digital Democracy is the party.
"UK Political party, formed and led by website designer and digital entrepreneur Jon Foster-Smith. Policies are formed by popular proposals from the public, contributed and measured by an online app, www.TrueDemocracy.uk, also created by Foster-Smith. Policies will also be influenced by other respected, politically neutral digital democracy applications, as they transpire.
[Digital Democracy registered as a party March 2015 with the UK Electoral Commission]
[see http://www.truedemocracy.uk/faqs/ "Who is behind True Democracy?" confirms Jon Foster-Smith as the creator] [jon is a website designer and digital entrepreneur : https://www.linkedin.com/in/jonfostersmith] [confirmation jon foster-smith is standing for parliament for Digital Democracy on Warwick District Council Website : http://www.warwickdc.gov.uk/download/downloads/id/2554/statement_of_persons_nominated_kenilworth_and_southam_constituency.pdf
I am new to Wikipedia, and short of time whilst campaigning for the election. I'm happy for you to shorten if anything above is unacceptable.
Many thanks. Jon
