Hello Jonathan! As a mediator, I became aware of your assignment, and I really like your contributions, especially [1] and the [2] and the link to BBC World Service's decision to refrain from referring to 9/11 as a terrorist act, of which I hadn't been aware. I hope you're not turned away from Wikipedia by the bickering. My first case was basically about the same question: Wikipedia:Mediation Cabal/Cases/2006-10-20 Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam. I wish you all success in your class! — Sebastian 01:09, 10 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, Sebastian! I was far from put off; I really enjoyed participating in the discussion. As I understand it, the collision of viewpoints in heated debate is just a function of the Wikipedia system working the way it's supposed to. And anyway, If I can't stomach some rigorous argument, then I've made a bad decision going into law. See you in the talk pages! Jonathan Krop 06:02, 10 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Yup, that's why my little brother became a lawyer, too, after all our discussions in which he had to stand his ground! See you around! — Sebastian 06:59, 10 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
