Seems like I am being blocked because the IP address was flagged as "Google Appspot". However, I was assigned this address as an internal Google employee. IP block exemption granted. The problem is that there are literally hundreds of anonymizing proxies on Google AppSpot, and the exit points are all over on yours and one other /16 range. Unfortunately, the same /16 also includes a few non-AppSpot /24 ranges like yours which have also been hit. Since vandals and trolls regularly abuse open proxies to cause unstoppable disruption to the project, I was forced to block. Anyway, you should be able to edit now without further disruption. Hi! Please don't create redlinks to personal names before your draft is accepted and there's an article in place. See WP:REDLINK "A redlink to a person's name should be avoided".
