Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of significant others of Friends (2nd nomination)
[edit]The AFD was open for longer than five days, actually - it opened on the 24th and I closed it on the 30th. There was a strong consensus to delete the article outright, rather than merge the content. If the characters are "major", find reliable independent sources and either make articles on them or (preferably) add mentions of them to their significant others' articles, but I'm standing by the deletion. Feel free to DRV if you still think it should be undeleted. --Coredesat 23:26, 30 October 2007 (UTC)
Article mergers
[edit]I dont have over 20 article open for deletion, dont even think its that. If I do, please tell me which ones you are referring to. Ejfetters (talk) 01:14, 5 December 2007 (UTC)
- Sorry, I misread that, ok, I have a lot of mergers open and you're probably right. I thought you said open for deletion, thats all. Ejfetters (talk) 01:15, 5 December 2007 (UTC)
Also, when I try to tag the articles for reasons of being primarily in-universe, or lacking notability - meant to draw attention to them to improve them, users such as Disavian immediately take the tag down and say "disagree" with no explanation. I won't nominate any more for mergers or deletion for now. But it would be helpful if the proper tags that were placed in good faith werent taken out saying simply "disagree" without addressing the issue. Ejfetters (talk) 01:20, 5 December 2007 (UTC)
Cats
[edit]I often undelete/delete these cats, because if they are left deleted the article in them will be left unfixed. I have just published the tool I use to monitor them at Wikipedia:List of monthly maintenance categories. Rich Farmbrough, 00:20 13 December 2007 (GMT).
World peace
[edit]Another editor has added the {{prod}}
template to the article World peace, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the {{prod}}
template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. BJBot (talk) 00:00, 13 March 2008 (UTC)
AfD nomination of World peace
[edit]An editor has nominated World peace, an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").
Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/World peace and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).
You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 13:01, 14 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, Johnred32. Based on the templates on your talk page, I would like you to consider joining the Article Rescue Squadron.
