Discovery Island

[edit]

I moved it to Discovery Island, British Columbia as I thought that looked better. However, if you think Discovery Island, Victoria is a better idea let me know but it kind of looks like it might be Victoria in Australia. Cheers. CambridgeBayWeather (Talk) 23:04, 5 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

OK. Have fun. CambridgeBayWeather (Talk) 23:12, 5 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Nicknames aren't really encyclopedic on their own. The article on Beacon Hill Park already exists, so why not place this information on the Talk page and ask if it should be included in the main article?  (aeropagitica)  (talk)  21:58, 6 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This article contained an unverified and libellous statement about the school. Please don't post such information to Wikipedia unless you can verify this through attributed and reputable sources.  (aeropagitica)  (talk)  22:00, 6 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for experimenting with Wikipedia. Your test worked, and it has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia.Ytny 22:54, 6 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia under the three-revert rule, which states that nobody may revert an article to a previous version more than three times in 24 hours. (Note: this also means editing the page to reinsert an old edit. If the effect of your actions is to revert back, it qualifies as a revert.) Thank you. I don't know a lot about the subject but some of the article does look a bit unsubstantiated. I would suggest that the best thing is to discuss it on the talk page and see what others feel about your suggestions. CambridgeBayWeather (Talk) 03:14, 9 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Strangely he's never discussed it on Talk:Tory Christman when claiming that Tory Christman became a prostitute repeatedly without citing a source, or doing a mass delete of text. And I'm sure that Gerry Armstrong won't mind Wiki using his copyrighted image, but Johnkong claiming to own it and release it to the public domain seems a bit much. You should follow the link to Talk:Tory Christman and discuss it there. CambridgeBayWeather (Talk) 15:13, 9 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Batman Continues

[edit]

A "{{prod}}" template has been added to the article Batman Continues, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but yours may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice explains why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. hbdragon88 04:30, 1 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Arbutus Cove

[edit]

The article Arbutus Cove has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable local beach

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
