I have nominated The Woman In Black (2011 film), an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/The Woman In Black (2011 film). Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

License tagging for File:Womaninblackposter.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Womaninblackposter.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 19:10, 19 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Just so you know, VGChartz is not considered by Wikipedia to be a reliable source for video game sales information. I had to revert your edits to Paper Mario: Sticker Star and New Super Mario Bros. U as a result. Hope you hear me well. Have a good day! --ThomasO1989 (talk) 00:22, 17 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm GSK. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Wii U seemed less than neutral to me, so I removed it for now. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. So you know, "it's" means "it is," and its should be used for ownership of it, an exception to the apostrophe rule. DarkToonLink (talk) 00:10, 27 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The Last Stand

[edit]

JohnRatz why are you editing the budget of The Last Stand as 45 million dollars when two professional reliable sources were added stating the budget to be 30 million dollars and I am reverting your edit. I know BOM mentions the budget of the movie to be 45 million dollars but it is not completely reliable. Box office gross for some movies on this site is sometimes outdated and sometimes users use boxoffice.com instead for box office gross although it's budget figures are highly inflated. Next time please discuss before you edit. Box office mojo is sometimes incorrect and is not the be all end all. Other sources can be used instead of it if they are reliable. A tag has been placed on File:WreckItRalphalbum.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Wreck-It Ralph Soundtrack cover

[edit]

Hi there! Just to let you know, usually, when a film article already has a theatrical poster on its main infobox, a separate poster for its soundtrack is unnecessary. This is because the poster already serves the article's main form of visual representation. Wikipedia strives to be free and open for anyone to use. But for movies, there is almost never a free image that we can use to represent the subject, which is why we allow copyrighted images under a fair use claim to represent it. When an article has more than one non-free image representing essentially the same thing, it becomes unnecessary to include the second image. I have thus nominated the file for deletion here. Thanks for it anyway! Michaelzeng7 (talk) 03:11, 12 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

File:GreenGoblinDane.jpg

[edit]

Hi, this file should be replaced with a smaller version to comply with Wikipedia's non-free content policy and United States copyright law. According to Wikipedia's policy for non-free content, the amount of copyrighted work used under fair use should be as little as possible. In particular, non-free media on Wikipedia should not be usable as substitutes for the original work. A high-resolution non-free image is questionable fair use and may be deleted per Wikipedia's copyright policy. --NeoBatfreak (talk) 22:11, 4 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page The Escapist. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Stacey Slater text

[edit]

I don't understand the reasons for you changing the text the second time...it was near identical to the way I wrote:

Your version: who bans Carmel and Kush from contacting with Arthur before abruptly suffering an eclamptic seizure. She is taken to hospital where the nurses confirm Stacey's baby will have to be delivered due to a lack of oxygen. Though the delivery is initially successful, Martin is soon told that complications have arisen.

Should be contact with

My version: banning contact with Arthur and she suffers an eclamptic seizure and is taken to hospital. In between her seizures, Stacey and Martin are told her baby will have to be delivered. Martin is overjoyed when he learns that he and Stacey have a daughter, but is told she has complications.

I don't understand. It's not terrible English and shorter and straight to the point, instead of stuff written that we didn't see. We didn't know the delivery was successful-we never saw it. Grangehilllover (talk) 16:54, 17 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of The Inbetweeners episodes, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Dutch and Public school (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Because the flow of information is so fluid, the cdc is not a reliable source all the time. In order to keep up with the numbers, we should be allowed to increase them incrementally without providing a source, unless Wikipedia wants to be more of a historical source.
