A tag has been placed on Category:Sindhi-language dictionary requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the category has been empty for seven days or more and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. – Uanfala (talk) 20:32, 3 November 2018 (UTC)

ArbCom 2018 election voter message

Hello, JogiAsad. Voting in the 2018 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 3 December. All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2018 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 18:42, 19 November 2018 (UTC)

Email

I received an e-mail from you in a language which I assume to be Sindhi. Please do not do this again, as I believe I've already made it clear that I do not read or speak Sindhi, and, in fact, have no knowledge of it whatsoever. Beyond My Ken (talk) 05:44, 24 November 2018 (UTC)

@Beyond My Ken: Clarification: I haven't send any email to you.JogiAsad  Talk 07:29, 24 November 2018 (UTC)
Apparently you created a user page for me on Sindhi.wiki, and the system sent me an email notifying me. Please don't do stuff like that again. I don't read or write Sindhi and have no use for a user page on Sindhi.wiki. As a sysop on Sindhi.wiki, I would appreciate it if you would delete the page. Beyond My Ken (talk) 16:34, 24 November 2018 (UTC)

A barnstar for you!

The Current Events Barnstar
Thanks for your quick work to rescue and improve the article about Suhai Aziz Talpur, and for your civil, collegial way of collaborating on this project with others. HouseOfChange (talk) 14:41, 26 November 2018 (UTC)
HouseOfChange, First of all thanks alot for your contributions equally on this article as well, and thanks for this barnstar. When I had created this article in February 6, 2016 I had perceived this person will gain people's attention and will get higher ranks, awards as well, initially this article was nominated two times for AFDs, and although there were some reliable secondary sources as well, but there are some inoperative guy who intentions I don't know but he should have helped to improve the content and references for it. Anyway Congrats its the time which proved this article BLP is a notable, and people around the world are applauding her. JogiAsad  Talk 14:52, 26 November 2018 (UTC)

Your XFD topic ban appeal

I closed your topic ban appeal. The consensus was that your topic ban remains active and that you can not appeal it again for another six months. That means the earliest you can appeal your topic ban is 27 May 2019. To clear up any potential confusion, your topic ban is still indefinite; the only thing that has changed is how long you must wait before appealing it. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 02:42, 28 November 2018 (UTC)

NinjaRobotPirate thanks for informing, could you help me by guiding and play role of mentoring me through the XfD process?, if you would I'll appreciate. JogiAsad  Talk 09:49, 28 November 2018 (UTC)
I can try to answer any questions you have. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 15:21, 28 November 2018 (UTC)
Thanks for courteous reply as far as I have perceived from above discussion which you have closed, all they were asking me You think that you have understood the GNG and How will your response now, and I tried to answer it but I have no idea why my answer to this query was not acceptable. could you tell me if you were at my place and this might have been asked to you , then suggest me, How should I had responded?. JogiAsad  Talk 15:58, 28 November 2018 (UTC)
Well, they're basically asking you to address two issues. First, the community wants you to demonstrate an understanding of notability. The easiest way to do this is to summarize notability in your own words. You might also point out a situation where you were wrong earlier and explain what the correct solution is. The other issue is to address disruptive behavior in AfDs. What people wanted to hear from you is what you might have done wrong and how you will act now. According to the original topic ban discussion, the reason was "ignorance of the English Wikipedia's notability policies, compounded by an unwillingness to learn and bludgeoning of AfD discussions". So, you would want to explain 1) how that does not apply to you or 2) how you have changed. You can post a new appeal in six months, but you're prohibited from doing this right now. The best thing to do, in my opinion, is to contribute normally to English Wikipedia. A reputation of constructive and policy-compliant edits will help you more easily overcome any sanctions. Thank you so much for elaborating this, and how can I earn a reputation of constructive & Policy-compliant edits. JogiAsad  Talk 10:05, 29 November 2018 (UTC)
