{{help me}}
lately I've been editing articles about TV Stations, mostly in El Paso, and Juarez Mexico. I also started to edit article about Mexican TV shows. I was looking at articles about international TV networks like the ABC TV and BBC one I noticed that the have information like this:
Picture format = 576i (PAL) 16:9
Picture format=576i (SDTV),720p (HDTV)
and I wanted to add this kind of information to American TV networks like ABC, ION Life, etc...
I went to the edit page for bbc one and cut out this line
picture format= 576i (PAL) 16:9|
and put it in the infobox for ion life I clicked on preview and it didn't show up on the article. I did a lot o things to try to get it to show up, I put one of these | In front of picture format, I even copied the infobox from bbc one and pasted it into ION Life, and put some of the missing fields into it like availability, network type etc, and I still couldn't get it to work.
So My question is why won't this information show up, and Is there a way I can get it to show up?
- The reason it's not showing up is because the two articles use different infoboxes. While they may appear to be similar, they use different code and don't necessarily have all the same information. In this case, {{Infobox TV channel}} uses the "picture format" parameter, and {{Infobox Network}} does not. I would recommend in this case that you mention this on the article's talk page and see what the other editors related to the article think. Not having much to do with the subject myself, I'm afraid I don't really know what should be done here. Hersfold (t/a/c) 20:59, 19 August 2007 (UTC)

Clausura
[edit]It's not vandalism if it's correct. If you had bothered to have read the official rules of the Primera Division for the season, which I have and are found here, you will see what the stages are officially called. The last phase is officially called Fase Final (English: Final Phase). Rules also state the teams are organized by general league standings since that is the first table they establish guidelines for, and serves as the basis for. Example: Article 5 of Section A... Para determinar los lugares que ocuparán los Clubes que participen en la Fase Final de cada uno de los Torneos, se tomará como base la Tabla General de Clasificación al término de cada uno de los Torneos correspondientes. (English: To determine the place taken by the clubs who will participate in the Final Phase of each tournament, they will take use as a basis the General Classification Table at the end of each tournament). And by any known guidelines established by WikiFootball, the Final Phase and Finals are not notable enough to have their own articles.
Plus, there has been a discussion in the WikiFootball Project about whether Apertura/Clausura league season should be in one article or two. So far, all input has been in favor of one article per season (like this). Digirami (talk) 08:54, 28 April 2009 (UTC)

The article Dobrina Cristeva has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this newly created biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Disambiguation link notification for January 20
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Dobrina Cristeva, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Playback. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

[edit]Hello, I'm Philip J Fry. I noticed that you made a change to an article, 33rd TVyNovelas Awards, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. - Thank you, but do not need their insults. esWiki is not a reliable source, and the fact that you are watching the TV program, not to say anything. Do you have a better source that can confirm your editing?.--Philip J Fry Talk 03:18, 9 March 2015 (UTC)
