This is the start and there is still a great deal of work required. I am aware that citations need to be added and I do have sources for the information given, but if you would like to note where the citations should go that would be greatly appreciated. Also, Formatting needs work. PMA and ___: should be bold categories which I'm not yet sure how to do. I know each section can use more information, but if you can throw out ideas of what might be missing or what specifically needs to be more in-depth that also is appreciated. Feel free to critique grammar and syntax as well. All help is appreciated.

I think you picked a great topic. I also think you need to find a lot more supportive evidence and data relating to it. As far as your introduction, I think it was well written and hit on all the keys points without going too far into detail. On the other hand, your sections should contain more evidence and information in them. Elaborate on the topic in your sections and make sure they are fully explained. The PMA and Sports section could have a ton of more information and data to support it. Also, you should look into combining the PMA and Sports section with the PMA and Self Talk sections, both PMA and Self talk are taught to players on most sports teams and PMA is a huge factor in a teams overall morale. Go into further detail and find more supportive data for PMA and Health as well.
