Heart failure
[edit]Thank you for your additions to heart failure. This is the first time someone has been able to add some useful information about the difference between systolic and diastolic heart failure. However, I have temporarily moved the contributions to the "talk page" (Talk:Heart failure) because of two small problems.
Firstly, you added numerical mortality data without a source. This can easily be reinserted if a source is provided. (It is also be in the "prognosis" section rather than in "signs and symptoms".)
Secondly, the list of differences between systolic and diastolic heart failure contained primarily echocardiographic information, and hence ought to have been in the "pathophysiology" section. Also, the bullet point presentation is generally discouraged per the manual of style (see Wikipedia:Embedded list).
I hope this is helpful. Please contact me on my talkpage if you need any further assistance. We also have a WikiProject for medical contributors that you are invited to join. JFW | T@lk 07:50, 3 January 2008 (UTC)
