Supporting Wikipedia
[edit]I am interested in supporting Wikipedia. I created the first online encyclopedia and we should have crossed paths in the past. I hope you or your gatekeepers will contact me. Ejppedia (talk) 16:02, 14 December 2023 (UTC)

help to report a local wiki administrator
[edit]Hi @jimmy. i would like to bring to your notice about one of the tamil wikipedia administrator @antonO. He posted a language rule in my namespace which is correct and based on that i started editting pages, where he made the same mistakes as i did, then he got furious and started undo everything i edited and blocked me for a week and threaten that he will extend. there is no provision for me to report the Misuse of administrative tools and Conflict of interest or non-neutrality (Administrators should not normally use their tools in matters in which they are personally involved (for example, in a content dispute in which they are a party). There is no proper support system to report against the administrator in our community. Hence as a final resort I'm asking your help to check the user edits made by both of us and decide accordingly since he has many followers and worshippers in the tamil community ( as it may be a misleading statement about the overall tamil community and other users, i felt my heartful of sorry for using these words here) im writing this here to you. As i want to participate in the ongoing feminism and folklore 2024 article creation, i want to appeal his block against me and his action which involve Conflict of interest or non-neutrality. thank you
- i am so sorry that i forgot to put my signature.
this is my talk page where the discussions are happening. For your information--பிரயாணி (talk) 13:36, 23 February 2024 (UTC)
- Since the discussions regarding my ban and the administrator are going well and good on the talk page, I have a strong belief in the people of the Tamil community and their democracy to arrive at an amicable solution to the issue. As a goodwill gesture, I hereby withdraw my help request here. — Preceding unsigned comment added by பிரயாணி (talk • contribs) 09:28, 25 February 2024 (UTC)

- @Parrot in search of knowledge Hi, I know this is a little late, but the fact that it was a April Fools' prank is noted in the message. Besides, admins can't ban people without a good reason. GoldRomean (talk) 23:56, 7 June 2024 (UTC)

Potential Hackers
[edit]Hi, I hope someone who reads this can help. I have two editing profiles, ManicMonix and ManicMonix2. I have made 22 editorial edits, most of which have been reverted and hacked. What happens is when I go into view the source code or the visual editor to preview my edits, someone hacks into the system and changes url links and sentence structures. Does anyone know what to do? I am at a loss.
Thank you.

- @manicmonix2: that's called an undo. ask your questions at the teahouse next time. ltbdl (talk) 23:52, 23 July 2024 (UTC)
