Greetings. Editorial style of presentation is apparent in your submission. I'll take the introduction lead as example. For more than 60 years, the Institute helped to improve the safety and health of people throughout the world. It was owned and operated by Liberty Mutual Insurance, Boston, MA, USA. This extract is considered not encyclopaedic and editorial in style as it reads very much like a newspaper article from a tabloid press. Your writing is too much like writing an essay. Hence, do read these for more clarity: Wikipedia:Writing better articles, Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Words to watch. Moreover, per the reason declined, there are numerous parts of your submission which are not inclined with citation of the references used. This is to prevent the facts you provided from being challenged in the future. EROS message 09:35, 4 February 2018 (UTC)
