So about this.

This is "the encyclopedia that anyone can edit". Key word there is "can" -- editing is privilege, and it comes with responsibilities, like all privileges do.

In this case, you are obligated to follow community policies and guidelines.

This is not optional. (Every time you edit Wikipedia and click 'save', you have agreed to the Terms of Use of this website. What those ToU say, is that you agree to follow the policies and guidelines. The ToU also make it clear, that the community can restrict or remove your editing privileges if you won't follow the policies and guidelines.)

You are clearly passionate about the Discovery Institute.

We generally recommend to folks who come in "hot", like you have, to edit some stuff that you are not passionate about, to figure out how this place works, and come back to the thing you care about, when you understand enough to be effective.

I am writing this here instead of the DI talk page, since this isn't about article content. (article talk pages, are strictly for discussing article content, based on reliable sources and the policies and guidelines. This is explained (of course) in the talk page guideline.)

I am also leaving you a note below about what we call "discretionary sanctions" on the topic of pseudoscience.
