Speedy deletion nomination of Canal 3 Quimistan
[edit]You may also wish to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Canal 3 Quimistan, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:
Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. -- Ice (talk) 06:25, 22 August 2010 (UTC)
- I have removed the tag and notified the above user about it here. Sorry about that. You may want to expand the article, though, with more on why it's notable. Best, Airplaneman ✈ 06:47, 22 August 2010 (UTC)
- Emailed back. I'm logging off for today, so if you want, you can bring the conversation on-wiki so others may read and participate. Regards, Airplaneman ✈ 07:04, 22 August 2010 (UTC)
- Indeed; Jhn504, please ask on-wiki, using {{helpme}} or whatever - I noticed you add one, but then you removed it.
- The article, as it stands, is in danger of deletion. Please see WP:VRS. Chzz ► 07:43, 22 August 2010 (UTC)

File source and copyright licensing problem with File:Unospocosconvalor.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Unospocosconvalor.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, we also need to know the terms of the license that the copyright holder has published the file under, usually done by adding a licensing tag. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Unsourced and untagged files may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the file will be deleted 48 hours after 04:27, 26 August 2010 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Magog the Ogre (talk) 04:27, 26 August 2010 (UTC)
This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a search with the contents of Unos Pocos con Valor (2010 film), and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: Unos pocos con valor. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally trying to rename an article, please see Help:Moving a page for instructions on how to do this without copying and pasting. If you are trying to move or copy content from one article to a different one, please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and be sure you have acknowledged the duplication of material in an edit summary to preserve attribution history.
This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot (talk) 04:42, 26 August 2010 (UTC)
The article Canal 3 Quimistan has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Does not meet the GNG. I do not see a license for channel 3, or indeed any other TV channel, at Quimistán per CONATEL Honduras.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Raymie (t • c) 02:40, 7 July 2020 (UTC)
