I reverted your edit to C (programming language), but would encourage you to add some of what you entered back into the article. There were several problems with your edit: The article is about the language, not programming techniques; It spent too much time on Minix, which is a fairly minor O/S; for many machines and/or O/S an address of void/zero causes an addressing interrupt because it is not a valid address (no programming codes of any type are stored there); there are also some implementations where void is a non-zero value.

Please don't get discouraged when your edits are reverted. It happens to all of us. My first edit was much longer than yours and got mangled horribly. ;^) -- wrp103 (Bill Pringle) (Talk) 13:51, 27 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
