[edit]Hi! I saw your post - my recommendation is that if you're running into a sourcing barrier, you may want to shift gears to another article. If you want to remain with Columbus Day, the article Columbus Day (film) could use work. (A bit of a joke there, but it does seriously need work.) There are also some articles on cultural depictions on Christopher Columbus that could probably use expansion, such as Christopher Columbus (1923 film), Discovery of America (statue), and Columbus Doors. There are more at Category:Cultural depictions of Christopher Columbus, if you're curious.
