It's always good to be mindful of who the readers are for a Wikipedia entry. I don't think you should make any assumptions about what readers will know or not. Be mindful of the fact that this resource is used by high school students (and even K-12 students) around the globe.

I've added a number of hyperlinks that increase the value of this entry by tying it to other contents in Wikipedia. Note that some of these are to basic concepts, such as vampire, that are central to you entry.

Your discussion of the archaeology and the history of the site is a bit confusing. There are apparently multiple occupations, including both the Roman villa and the later Early Middle Ages burials. Some additional discussion of how these relate to each other (or don't) would be appropriate.

Note that there is an entry on Anglo-Saxon Deviant Burial Customs. Does this book contain a discussion of the "Southwell Vampire"? Hoopes (talk) 15:39, 30 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
