Spidey 2

[edit]

Hi, if you are going to be cleaning up the plot more, then I thought I'd tell you that we need to get the plot word count close to 600 words. There can be some leeway about the exact number, but it's far too large right now, and unless there's a highly complicated plot (which this isn't the case) then the standard size should be close to 600 words. I saw you working on the plot, and figured that I'd tell you just in case you plan to do some more refining. Bignole 02:18, 1 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Your edits are appreciated. If you want to continue improving it, check out the film's sequel, Spider-Man 3. Bignole and I are also working on improving the first Spider-Man. Check out Wikipedia's style guidelines for film articles. Any questions, feel free to ask either of us. —Erik (talkcontrib) - 02:23, 1 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Spider-Man 2 has 874 words now, and I think it could be trimmed further. Bignole and I did this with Spider-Man, and we basically tried our best to include the major story arcs of the film. For articles about films, plot summaries should give Wikipedia visitors an idea of the film and not spell out every scene for them. The article should instead reflect other aspects of the film, such as its creation, how it was received, and how it's influenced the public scope if at all. —Erik (talkcontrib) - 04:15, 1 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Great job on trimming the plot down. I look forward to seeing some more of your contributions. Bignole 04:47, 1 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Tim Foyle

[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Tim Foyle, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached.
