Jeromi Mikhael, I didn't review the article myself because I was busy with other things, and because I wanted the article to get a prompt look. I also had a great deal of trouble understanding the article from the prose as it was written, and thought it best that someone else give it a try; as you can see, the new reviewer also had major difficulties with the prose, sufficiently that they immediately failed the nomination.
