look dude I'm sorry but I seen many many old Wikipedia little bill ones saying that little Bill was based on Bill Cosby's son

but someone in a Father's Day interview said that little bill was based on Bill Cosby's son and Cosby answer that the characteristics for little bill and Big Bill were him and his son
