Ciro

[edit]

The article Ciro has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This happened because the article seems to be about a person or group of persons but it does not indicate how or why that person or group is notable. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. You might also want to read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 7 under Articles. -- JLaTondre 17:00, 9 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please see Wikipedia:Notability (people). The fact that an article is linked to another article does not confer notability. Each person must be notable in their own right. Also, please do not copy-n-paste articles to create duplicate articles under a different name. Thanks. -- JLaTondre 11:33, 12 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Are you Bill Spadea? If you are, please indicate on your web site that you release this image to the GFDL license. See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not, please provide evidence that you have the right to use the image. Corvus cornix 02:05, 23 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

No I am Joe Sinagra, using my photo, which Bill Spadea had posted on his website during my congressional run. If you go to [[1]] you will see my photo with a link to my site. Or you may find a cached page with my congressional website and my photo on it. You can google Joe Sinagra under images also and this photo will show up.

Thanks, Assemblyman Singara. Would you please have your web master indicate on your website that you release the image under GFDL? Corvus cornix 23:24, 24 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thank You for your feedback, and I hope I have complied correctly with your request as I am also the web master. (JerZee)

Can you point me to the site where this information has been provided? Thank you for your cooperation. Corvus cornix 17:34, 25 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

My site is http://www.joe-sinagra.com or you can go to http://www.billspadea.com/campaigns.php and scroll down to my photo which is linked to my site(JerZee 11:09, 26 June 2007 (UTC))[reply]

Please realize that I am not trying to be difficult, but we need something on the website which indicates that the photo is released to GFDL. I don't see that. It may be there, but if so, I'm missing it. Corvus cornix 16:01, 26 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I have an idea of what you want, and will try to correct or fix what you are asking as soon as I can get a chance to do it. (JerZee 13:52, 28 June 2007 (UTC))[reply]

Is there a way to track those who are leaving unwanted remarks? Thanks(JerZee 04:37, 30 June 2007 (UTC))[reply]

Notice

The file File:Single Shot.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Uploaded for the now deleted Joseph Sinagra, unused with no apparent encyclopedic use

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. mattbr 08:46, 16 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
