Gabriel Garcia Marquez
[edit]Just a quick note to say I should be able to take a look at the fixes you're making this evening, and I will strike out anything that looks like it's resolved. With respect to Conchita23's comments, I think you may just want to revert them if you don't think there's value there. I looked at Conchita23's contributions, and much of it is vandalism, so it's not certain that this is good sourceable information. Up to you if you think this additional info can be salvaged as useful text. Mike Christie (talk) 20:59, 27 March 2008 (UTC)
- Hi Mike- thanks we were only able to put a couple hours work into it today. I would like to take out Conchita's contributions just not sure how
- Also- If you could offer some advice on the chronological order of the Early life,Education, marriage and family, illness and journalism I would really appreciate it. We made some changes but are unsure if that is sufficient- I myself am not sure what the best answer is. Thanks so much for all your help. We should get a lot done on Saturday and Sunday and hope to have it all set by Sunday evening --Jenbren (talk) 21:56, 27 March 2008 (UTC)
- To take out those contributions, just click on the [edit] link next to "Other works" then just delete that material and hit save.
- I'll take a look at the changes you made this evening and will comment on the article talk page. The changes so far look fine. Mike Christie (talk) 01:21, 28 March 2008 (UTC)
- I've struck out the points that have been fixed -- I'll keep an eye on the article and will strike the remaining comments as I see you fix them. Mike Christie (talk) 01:52, 28 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit]See here. --jbmurray (talk|contribs) 18:46, 2 April 2008 (UTC) Thank you!! Jenbren (talk) 20:12, 2 April 2008 (UTC)
- Awadewit has done a peer review; it's linked from the article's talk page. I'm watching the article too and will try to help you get it to FA; it would be terrific to have this one on the front page. Mike Christie (talk) 02:21, 3 April 2008 (UTC)
Interview
[edit]Hi. Over on Wikinews they are conducting an interview about our project. Some of the questions are directed specifically at me, and some specifically at those who edited El Señor Presidente. But there are others for any student in the class. I thought you might want to participate.
You will have to set up a new account on Wikinews. Drop a line to Brianmc who can guide you through the technicalities.
It would be good to have an opportunity for you to have your say! --jbmurray (talk|contribs) 20:43, 12 April 2008 (UTC)
