Request reason:

Respected Mr./Mrs.Yunshui, I am flabbergasted to see the block order for one month for abusing multiple accounts. I humbly submit herewith the following facts for your kind consideration and lifting of block: 1) I have no multiple accounts, nor did I intend so at any time. I am noway related to any alleged user nor am I aware of any such user. I have subject email id for several years. I am also a senior Govt servant, holding a responsible position. This is my only and sole maiden account. 2) I normally use shared PCs and Laptops, owned by Govt Department, accessible to a number of employees. In this case, the IP address ,as alleged ,will be same. I do not share my account password ,nor my user id. 3) Though it is not out of place to state that I am an alumnus of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU),a highly ranked University of the world, having completed my MA in International Politics and M Phil, International Organisation, a former senior research fellow of JNU,having published articles in ToI in 1988 and and Journals such as Mainstream on Nehru and UN, and having research paper on nonaligned group and UN,in JNU,widely referred, available on different public websites. I have also been in public service for last 30 years.I am a rule-abiding person. 4) I have ID cards, issued by Government. In view of above,I Sincerely crave for your kind and gracious consideration in the subject. With kind regards,AKJ 05:30, 28 September 2018 (UTC) AKJ 05:03, 28 September 2018 (UTC)— Preceding unsigned comment added by Jena Amiya Kumar (talkcontribs) 14:03, 28 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Sockpuppetry was established via technical evidence. And I just took a look at the overlap in editing. That's sufficient to confirm it. Although it's nowhere near the only overlap, there's no way you can claim a different account using the same IP address, on the same computer, with the same browser, editing your sandbox article at User:Jena Amiya Kumar/sandbox/SIKHARESWAR JENA, is completely unrelated to you. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
