Hey, your article looks good. Pretty factual didn't see anything opinion related on my first pass. I'd say the main thing to add would be citations. I believe we are supposed to have a citation per paragraph minimum. I think initially bolding your characters name in a wiki article is common so you might want to check that out. Finally, maybe add some stuff about his personal life because it is a page about a specific person. Maybe add his birthday or age when he was in the military?
