Aliza Ayaz portrait

I see you've uploaded another image, and a volunteer has left you a message at Wikimedia Commons about missing source details. The best way forward is to take a new picture yourself, one that has not already been published (and also give it a descriptive title like "Aliza Ayaz at ..." or "Climate activist Aliza Ayaz ...").
