First of all, the description of the website you posted sounds like an advertisement. For example, "Dr. Diane is a Catalyst for Change, who offers Solutions and Resources as a consult/advocate to those who want to reclaim meaning in their life." This sounds like something that came from a commercial (it doesn't sound encyclopedic, and it's not specific as to what the site contains). While the site has good information, it looks more like an official site plugging the author's books than a resource site. If you wish to list the site, try deeplinking (post the link to a specific page within the site), and not just listing the site's home page. That's a bit better, but the author's name is not essential in terms of describing the site. ie. What makes her more significant than other experts in the field? There is no assertion of notability. However, you may try including her name as part of the site's name, such as "Dr. Whatever.com - Information on something." As for "unencyclopedic": as part of an encyclopedia, everything written on the site must be comply with the neutral POV policy. Pointing back to the example in my first post, calling someone a "catalyst for change" is clearly a violation of that because it is not a definitive quality (it depends on who is talking for that term to make any sense, so hence a non-neutral POV is required).
