[edit]Hello, I'm SummerPhDv2.0. I noticed that you recently removed content from Swingin' with My Eyes Closed without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Disambiguation link notification for February 27
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited The Girl on the Bus, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Precocious (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 07:56, 27 February 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to change genres without discussion or sources, as you did at Bringin' On the Heartbreak, you may be blocked from editing. SummerPhDv2.0 05:36, 9 May 2020 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Ashley Slater. It seems all the warnings left here by other concerned editors requesting you to please source your edits have been totally ignored. There won't be a next warning after this one, only you being reported at WP:ANI Robvanvee 13:49, 19 May 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Hello. I wanted to let you know that your recent edit(s) to the Futurama: Bender's Big Score plot summary have been removed because they added a significant amount of unnecessary detail. Please avoid excessive detail and high word counts when editing plot summaries/synopses. You may read the plot summary edit guides to learn more about contributing constructively to plot summaries/synopses. There are also specific guidelines for films, musicals, television episodes, anime/manga, novels and non-fiction books. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. DonIago (talk) 02:17, 5 August 2020 (UTC)

Def Leppard
[edit]Greetings. Please explain why you reverted my corrections to Pyromania and Hysteria. There were several inaccuracies which needed removing, which you then restored. Mac Dreamstate (talk) 16:39, 7 September 2020 (UTC)
Hi, the stuff that you took out was not only the credits in the liner notes of the original albums, but also interviews with the band on the making of both albums in the later deluxe editions and the respective Ultimate Albums and Classic Albums episodes on each album, including Rick Savage contributing jangle guitar to the song "Hysteria". Savage was also credited on the 1993 Retro Active album for playing rhythm guitar on "Ring of Fire" which I tried to credit him for here; the only difference against the original 1987 B-side version beside the altered drums is Phil Collen redoing the intro guitars in 1993. Jchau1995 (talk) 19:41, 7 September 2020 (UTC)
- Thank you for the explanation. What will need to be done is to adapt those sources you mentioned into WP's ref format—otherwise the same problem will persist, in that certain credits appear unsourced. I was going strictly by the CD edition liner notes, which made no mention of specific tracks for solos, or certain names, etc. Mac Dreamstate (talk) 20:28, 7 September 2020 (UTC)
Amazed
[edit]Hello, music genres should be sourced: pop-rock, soft rock and adult contemporary aren't sourced in that article; moreover, adult contemporary is just a radio format. The source next to "country pop" confirms country, not country pop ("American band Lonestar landed inside the Top 40 with their country power ballad Amazed")[1]. Blueberry72 (talk) 16:25, 1 October 2020 (UTC)
Hi, I think you're forgetting the fact that the original version of "Amazed" contain pop songwriting elements and the fact that it was also remixed and released specifically to pop radio, achieving No.1 on the Billboard Hot 100 via that release. (Jchau1995 (talk) 18:01, 1 October 2020 (UTC))
- Peaks in pop charts aren't sufficient to label it as pop song; a professional review which says that it's a pop song should be found and used as source. Blueberry72 (talk) 19:44, 1 October 2020 (UTC)

Request reason:
Hi, I understand that I was blocked for being a sockpuppet, but abusing multiple accounts was never my intention. I always have good intentions whenever I'm browsing or wanting to contribute on a positive level to Wikipedia and I know where I've gone a bit too far this time, but there are other editors who I've seen who cause much worse damage or disruption on a regular basis. The reason I never responded to the sockpuppet allegations was because I wanted this issue to decay long enough to not be an issue, but the fact that it backfired at me was no-one's fault but mine. I know what I've been blocked for, I apologize for it, and I vow to be more careful whenever I browse on Wikipedia. Jchau1995 (talk) 00:31, 15 April 2021 (UTC)
Decline reason:
Until your original account is unblocked, you (you the person) are not permitted to edit here. Yamla (talk) 12:10, 15 April 2021 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
