Concerns over Cinemeducation
[edit]I can understand this being a notable subject if it discusses a pedological process used in medicine, but what purpose is there listing network TV shows and clips from them. That's not the type of encyclopedic content we feature on Wikipedia. Instead, you should focus on the term as it's used by those authors, and make sure you cite it too. So, hi. I'm obviously new to Wikipedia. Here's where I'm going with this page - and where I hope other will join. Cinemeducation (which I'll cite better) is basically using movie and TV clips in medical education. The various articles and texts usually focus on long and weighty clips (e.g., the doctor as patient from the Doctor) and have almost nothing on where to find a funny clip about Tylenol.
What I hope happens is that I and others add a catalog of the medical content of these shows.
You say that wikipedia doesn't have this... but you know, if I wanted the story line of every episode, I could find it. But it is usually devoid of medical content.
Does that sound okay? Suggestions? Jbwaits (talk) 03:57, 28 April 2010 (UTC)
