Hello! I was reading over your proposed edit to the transmasculine article and I really like how you brought up the underrepresentation of the subject in society. This also leads to the MISrepresentation of transmasculinity. The only suggestion I have is that your paragraph on Chaz Bono sounds a bit biased to me, even though I do agree with you. Maybe use words that are more scholastic to make it come off more neutral. Haleyfallin (talk) 02:41, 16 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Your article is well written, but it is missing the scholarly articles and sources to back up the information. Try to find a source to back up the underrepresentation of transmasculinity in today's society, it will prevent the appearance of a bias. I think that the reference to Chaz Bono is a great addition for an example of a public figure and he probably is the most recognized female to male transgender person, but like Haley said before me, getting a source to back up his involvement with the transgender community. Your article is well thought through and has a great point of view, but it needs sources to bolster the information presented. Tpowers0913 (talk) 15:28, 16 November 2016 (UTC)TrePowers[reply]

Your section on Chas Bono is a good start, but it absolutely needs some citations in order to back up your claim. You could also have discussed the lack of other kinds of representation, and you might have mentioned the terrible representation of a transmasculine person on the Showtime series "The L Word" - I know there are some sources out there that discuss it.Drlmanderson (talk) 22:56, 4 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
