[edit]The first two paragraphs are biased over PAL and Air Phil. because it states that the terminal is old, etc. and which would many think would be reviews (see WP:NOT). Secondly all airlines (except North American airlines) charge fuel/insurance surcharge and taxes so technically this is unecessary since it's a practice of almost all operating airlines.
