I've looked at your draft article on Pseudoscience in Social Media and I think it's really good. I hope that the editors at Wikipedia will agree that it's a valuable topic. I think you've done a really nice job with it. The only question that I think might arise is whether this topic should be a subheading within the general pseudoscience article, but I think that you've demonstrated it is a robust topic with enough relevant content that it really should be able to stand on its own. (The article on pseudoscience is already quite large.) For example, your new article could be linked from the "See also" article on that page. You can refer Wikipedia editors to either this talk page or to mine if they would benefit from some further discussion. I think it will be really essential to make it clear what is meant by social media, citing specific examples. It is hard to anticipate where definitions of social media will go, but I think the articles will evolve as it does. Hoopes (talk) 21:35, 29 April 2022 (UTC)

I see that your draft article has been declined. I think you made a really good effort at it and hope that you will return to see whether it can be resubmitted. Let me know if you have any specific questions about my edits. I think the main issue is providing citations of reliable source material to make it clear that the article doesn't violate WP:OR. This can be tricky, but it requires identifying publications that have already made the points that you want to emphasize. I know this may sound odd, but Wikipedia is an encyclopedia that seeks to summarize information that is already available in other sources, not to present new information. - It does read like an essay. Take a look at your "lead", the first paragraph, and WP:LEAD - the first sentence needs to mention the subject of the article. This is an encyclopedia and it needs formal language, and every source must discuss the topic. "Still, there are many ways" is too informal and essay-like. I have asked at our fringe theories notice board - WP:FTN to see if anyone can help you. I'm facing chemotherapy next week and just don't have the time. I added a new source at FTN.
